What is your cancellation policy?At Miles for Smiles, we understand that plans change and sometimes you may need to cancel a delivery. We strive to make the cancellation process as easy and transparent as possible. For Same-Day Deliveries: If you need to cancel a same-day delivery, we ask that you do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the delivery fee. For Scheduled Deliveries: If you need to cancel a scheduled delivery, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the delivery fee. Refunds: If you cancel a delivery within the time frame outlined above, we will refund your payment in full. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. However, if we have already dispatched a driver to pick up or deliver your package at the time of cancellation, you may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full delivery fee.
